Because we operate a direct-to-consumer fulfillment model, your items are packaged and dispatched directly from our supplier hubs straight to your door.
1. Processing & Handling Times
- Order Processing: All orders are processed, verified, and prepared for dispatch within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays) after your payment is cleared.
- Dispatch Notification: Once your package leaves the fulfillment facility, you will receive an automated dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking details.
2. Estimated Delivery & Transit Times
Estimated delivery timelines depend entirely on product availability and the specific location of our supplier warehouses.
- United Kingdom Deliveries: 3 to 10 business days.
- International Deliveries: 7 to 15 business days.
Please note: Transit times are estimates and may occasionally face slight extensions during peak seasonal periods (such as Christmas), national holidays, or due to customs clearance delays outside of our operational control.
3. Shipping Fees & Calculations
All applicable shipping fees are calculated transparently at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and final destination of your order. We frequently run promotional campaigns offering Free Delivery on select items or cart thresholds, which will be applied automatically at checkout.
4. Tracking Your Order
Where carrier tracking is available, a tracking link will be automatically generated and sent to your registered email address as soon as your items are handed over to the courier. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to update and show active transit data.
5. Separate Packages & Multiple Shipments
Because we collaborate with multiple specialized supplier networks, items ordered together in a single transaction may be fulfilled from different locations. If this applies to your order, your items will arrive in separate packages at slightly different times. You will not incur any additional delivery fees for split shipments.
6. Delivery Address Accuracy
It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure that all shipping information, contact details, and postal codes are entered correctly at checkout. We process orders immediately and cannot guarantee address changes can be made after an order is submitted. The Deal Room cannot be held responsible or liable for packages that are lost, delayed, or misdelivered due to incorrect address information provided by the buyer.

If your order has not successfully arrived within our stated delivery windows, please do not hesitate to contact our dedicated customer support team. We will immediately open an investigation with the courier network to locate your package or arrange an appropriate solution.
