Because we operate a direct-to-consumer fulfillment model to bring you curated items, your order data will be transmitted securely to our external logistics and supplier networks immediately upon payment processing to begin packaging and dispatch. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as we are unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order has been sent to fulfillment. In the event that we cancel or make a change to an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email, billing address, and/or phone number provided at checkout. Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. While standard domestic deliveries generally clear transit smoothly, you are responsible for any applicable local customs duties, import clearance fees, or handling charges levied by UK authorities upon entry, if applicable. Title and risk of physical loss pass to you once the products are safely transferred to the shipping carrier.
